Skip Hop Kids Luggage with Wheels, Zoo, Monkey

I found in annoying that other reviews made this product seem so small. If I had realized how roomy this luggage actually was, I would have bought the ladybug one for my daughter who is about to turn 8. I bought the monkey luggage for my 9 month old son for an 8 day trip and this has more than enough room.

Purchased this suitcase for my grandson in 2013. It has been on many, many plane rides, 6 national parks and every trip to Grandmas house. The suitcase has held up better than my expensive luggage. My grandson cant wait to pack his monkey suitcase. I highly recommend.

I bought this for my granddaughter (who is 2 and enamored of monkeys) to use for her overnights. Unfortunately, it really doesnt hold enough to be practical for this use. Still it is cute and well made and Im sure it will be pressed into use for something.

Used this for our fam trip across the US. My 4 year old loved it. Dropped it a bunch and it still held up. Fit well under the seat in front of us on the airplane.

Got this for my toddler for our upcoming trip. I really like the colors and overall design. The suitcase itself is very spacious. It could probably fit all my toddlers clothes in it for a 2 week trip. It is just one large compartment and 1 pocket on the side. I attached pictures next to regular size carry on for comparing.

My toddler son loves his monkey bag. We got it for him as a carry-on when we travel and when he goes to his grandparents house. It matches the rest of his zoo collection items.

By the time the review request was sent the zipper has already broken. Wouldnt recommend due to inferior quality. Zippers are one thing that manufacturers should not cheap out on especially with little kids.

I recently purchased this for my son as an adorable addition to his set of the matching monkey backpack and lunchie (lunch bag) from the same line. I already love those two items and am initially impressed with this item as well. The luggage is appropriately sized for a child and it makes it fun for him to use when traveling. The wheels are easy to roll forwards or backwards and the item seems to be well-made for the price, as is typical for other Skip Hop items Ive owned. The smaller front pocket has a divider that helps with organization and the cup/bottle holder on the side is a kid-friendly addition. Keep in mind that you cant have it filled with any liquids when going through an airport security line, though.

Zipers are somewhat tight. Apart from that, luggage is great.
