> 3 daySo I bought this because my first carrier turned my littles foot purple. I read some other reviews.i mean honestly I have had no problems with this carrier and shes very very happy in it. I am feeding a kid who eats every second shes up, basic cluster feeder, this wrap puts her to sleep and gives me the break I need and the sleep she needs. Before this purchase I was confined to the house because I am nursing so much and she would cry if she unlatched for any length of time. It left my hands tied up. Weve now been to church, the mail box twice, the store a couple times with no problems. I do put my hand under her because it feels right. But when I need to both hands are now free to do chores and grab things. The only problem I have is on long walks she gets heat rash And a bonus Im buying another one because this also wraps tight enough for belly binding! Not its intended use but it works.

Greater than one weekI got this so I could do homework and hold my grandson. Had to watch video to figure out how to get it functional. Not too secure when he is in it.

Greater than one weekPretty good. I have a fat 17 pound 4 month old, so it doesn’t work as well. For younger babies it’s probably great! But for a very mobile baby it’s not as great. My son moves around a lot and is woken up very easily from movement. It’s good for a short fix. Like if you desperately need to do the dishes or whatever. It’s just not for me, but my sister on the hand loves it. It just depends on you I guess. Also there is a better method to wrapping your child in it. It’s a bit easier than the one displayed. I will add the photo to my review.

> 3 dayBought this for the grandbaby. At first I was a bit confused as it seemed to be way too much material. After I got the hang of how to wrap it nicely I put my grandbaby in it to work in the garden. He loved it! It’s a great material for them to suck on while watching as you complete tasks.

> 3 dayI bought this carrier to be able to breastfeed while carrying my baby hands free. I cannot stress this enough: do not waste money on this product. Forget the fact that my baby hated it, it’s not even possible for me to use it in a way that feels safe. First off, the fabric is actually 20 ft long. When I tied this as shown in the insert I had 10 foot tails dragging the ground behind me. I had to wrap it around my waist another four times for it to be a manageable length. Secondly, the fabric is hotter than my black car after sitting in the sun all day. We were both hot and sweaty after only five minutes. Most concerning of all, my little two month old wiggle butt kept trying to throw himself out of it and he nearly succeeded. Despite the excessive length, there is not enough width to cover his entire backside, and he’s still the size of a newborn. I have no idea how anyone would be able to use it all the way up to its maximum of 35 lbs.

> 3 dayGet this and you wont need a baby swing or anything...just put them in and theyll be out after a few chores (obviously, unless theyre really fussy...nothing can fix those days and you just gotta wait for them to be done sometimes.) The first time I tried this on, I just did it along with a youtube video and after that it was easy (I had a friend who said you need a degree to figure out how to put one on but I think shes just never done it herself and it looks complicated... but its not as hard as it may look.) I really like the idea of baby wearing because it lets you have much more freedom, carrying them around but still having your hands available to do stuff with (like eat or brush your teeth or get food ready). Also, baby is generally happier which is nice for them AND you because you dont have to get stressed out listening to them cry. The only bad thing is that if its very hot, you cant really use it without making your baby sweaty/uncomfortable, but thats true of any carrier.

> 3 dayIm really glad I made this purchase. This item helps me get things done around the house when my fussy newborn decides shes too good for her crib or bassinet during nap time. Its relatively easy to get the hang of, too. I followed the instructions and understood what to do on my own by the 3rd time of wrapping this around myself. My only complaint = the edges of this item roll up and its incredibly annoying, so I definitely recommend adding the item to your baby registry, but maybe consider a different brand where the edges lay flat and stay flat.

> 3 dayMy sweet baby girl was colicky for weeks and weeks. The sleepy wrap was the only way she would stop crying and sleep during the day. She’s 3 months now and we are working on taking non-movement naps in her crib, but I work from home and sometimes she just needs movement to sleep and I need to get some work done. I stand with her in the carrier and work on my laptop at the bar top of our kitchen counter. I love holding her close in it all the time. She doesn’t like her car seat carrier, so carrying her into restaurants in it has not been an option for us. Instead I put on the sleepywrap before leaving the house (instead of fumbling with it in the parking lot), slip baby into it, then wear her during lunch. She just sleeps! It’s such a relief. I got this wrap at first as a “hands-free nursing” option... it wasn’t great for that. My carrier with buckles worked better for that for me. The buckles allow more space for baby to move/breathe. The sleepywrap is really designed to be snug and offer comforting compression rather than room for nursing... in my experience. But maybe I didn’t do it right. Note: I hated this wrap at first. It takes practice getting the wrap tension the way you and baby like it. And it’s hard to practice when your newborn is crying (wailing). But I’m so glad I kept practicing. It has been such a life/sanity saver.
