Easy to set with alexa. I had ither products earlier but they needed their own app to br installed. But for this I didnt have to install any other application I can add it directly to alexa discover command. Response is also great and quick.

Ive probably reset these things over 100 times and still have continued issues. I havent even plugged in the 4th one yet because I cant get the others to work. All I want is to be able to have it turn lamps on and off with my voice(Yes I have the lamp switched on). Ive installed the skill for Alexa, deleted and rediscovered them over 100 times. Finally got 2 of them to work for a few weeks. Then we lost power and I had to reset them again. It was like starting all over again and Im out of patience. It shouldnt be this complicated. Ive got Alexa devices all over so its not like theyre out of range. After not using them for 2 months I tried one with my Christmas tree yesterday. Alexa found it and connected. Turning it on/off with voice was a no go from the start. Works great with their app, but I bought these to be used with Alexa only. The only good thing about these is being able to just push the button on the side to turn on the power vs having to plug/unplug the tree everyday. Should have returned them before the return window closed.

Will not stay connected to Wi-Fi, no matter where in the house you are. Seem like good deal at the time.

Whenever you lose internet connection the unit needs reprogramming. Set not too usefriendly as other similar product. Do not buy this product unless your commercial internet service or power never goes off because you need to reprogram each time...quite frustrating. Manufacture please revisit your technology use on this product.

Im very disappointed that none of these plugs would connect with my Echo or their own Aimore app. I suspect the latest update messed things up and now I have four plastic paper weights.

It was delivered fast. It’s very convenient for when I want to turn off a light and can use this!

Dont waste your money on this. Install the original app and they keep disconnecting and stop working, all at once or one by one and you have to set it up again to make them work. I installed them with Alexa without the app and the same thing happens, throw my money away, this is useless, they are garbage.

Would not pair with my Echo even after multiple tries. I gave it 3 stars because Amazon was perfect in accepting return with no questions and no return shipping.

These plugs dont need a third party app to make them work I basically reset it, pressing the button on the side for 10 seconds and then ask Alexa Find my devices and then it worked. After googling everything, and before giving up, the idea came up because the product details mention at some point they work straight with Alexa. Hope this helps
