> 3 dayThe product is fine. It does its job, but my only complaint is that you cant actually control the power of each individual USB, you can only turn them off or on at the same time. Also, I noticed that when I plug three USB lights into this product, the lights get dimmer.

> 3 dayLoved having this in my shop and being able to take with me in my RV. But now, of course after the return window is closed, it just stopped working. Plug ins, chargers, nothing. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! What a waste of $20!

> 3 dayFirst of all, the product feels very cheap. Flimsy and very warm to the touch, even when its providing no power. Even if it worked flawlessly, I would likely still return it for these reasons, not worth risking having the home burn down. Secondly, once I got everything set up in the manufacturers very basic app, connected it with my Google account and added it to my Google Home, I realized that it shows up as a single device. The individual outlets and USB are not addressable it seems, and telling Google to turn it on and off will only ever toggle the first outlet. You are better off buying a smart plug, and connecting a quality surge protector to it, at that point.

> 3 dayFantastic because its small and doesnt occupy much space. And its surge protection for equipments in the house. My house has blackouts all the weeks in the evening so its practical for my personal use with my echo show device.

> 3 dayIt was working occasionally for about 4 months then it completely stopped working. All that was plugged in was a desk lamp, a phone charger, and an Alexa echo dot. Somehow this was too much for the power strip because I woke up to a loud pop and the strip never worked again.

> 3 dayI needed a specific length power strip with USB and this met the criteria. It tends to get quite warm when I use it and all I have plugged in is a couple led lights which use very little juice. Also it makes a noise when turned on, not a huge deal or very loud, but odd in my opinion for a power strip.

> 3 dayI’ve had to reconnect us half a dozen times now. I have also contacted Alexa For help regarding this issue. They had no answers for me I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Alexa app. I have performed all possible troubleshooting options. I don’t know what to do it’s worthless at this point. Very unhappy
