> 3 dayFirst this isnt the smallest depending on how you measure it. The rectangular ones use more width and might fit better. These are round so the protrude down (or up) and bit more. This shouldnt be an issue but if you have it on a power strip it will be a snug fit for sure. I havent tested them as repeaters but I would imagine it work fine. For the price I could see people putting them on as dummies just to extend your network.

> 3 dayThis product works well from my Samsung SmartThings controller. It was easy to setup and discover. The only problem I have is overall design, which is round in shape. The round shape is blocking the ability to use the second plug because its so big. You will need to use it alone on an outlet, or have a small extension cable to allow multiple to be plugged in.

Greater than one weekOf the two plugs I received in this package one worked flawlessly, immediately connected to my Hue hub, and never caused me any issues whatsoever. However the second plug still wont pair after multiple twenty minute sessions of attempting. Given how easily the first one paired, I can only assume this second one was defective out of the box. So be aware, this is a nice cheap alternative to some of the more expensive plugs out there... but the chances of receiving a defective unit seem high.

> 3 dayI have 4 of these devices in use in my home. I have a Smartthings hub and I followed the directions to add them to my network. It was really easy to add them and each of them joined the network without any issues. They do what they are supposed to (turn on/off via SmartThings). I really like their size/shape as they dont block the 2nd plug on a duplex outlet. I will definitely buy again if I need additional controlled outlets!S
