> 24 hourSuper easy to use. I just hook the hook-a-ma-bob thingy over the fabric edge that’s around the neck. It doesn’t choke at all and is comfortable around his neck … per my husband. Fun design on the cape. I have yet to wash it so I cannot comment on that part. Also, it doesn’t feel like a plastic tarp. It is a comfortable material. Glad I bought it.
