I got this for my tinnitus (this and Ginko), and it seems to be helping after only 2 weeks. As a side effect, the front part of my hairline has moved down about 6mm, at both left and right entry points (I noticed maybe 40 or 50 short hairs), which leads me to believe I was lacking in some of these vitamins and minerals. I think this because I do not believe new hair can be grown, but that some baldness is to lack of nutrients or meds, trauma, etc, not just genetics. Im not complaining, but I wonder what other nutrients I am lacking in. Food today really sucks in terms of nutrition.

Solgar Male Multiples are legendary for a few reasons, but the quality and effectiveness are the two Id highlight here. Many users take 1 instead of the dosage of 3 and report great results. I take 2 and sometimes 3 and feel a big difference. I have GERD and liver issues and other multis seem to trouble me or feel like a sugar pill. But these multis really work and cant recommend them high enough. Take Centrum or some other cheapy crap for a week, then try these, and you too will give them a five star rating. no side effects [sometimes a little buzz from all the B etc. if full dose taken]; no gastric intolerances, etc. Just a great product.

I am editing this review. Below is part of my previous one. In the images, left to right, is a dollar one-cent coin, a Truvada pill (white), an Amazon Vitamin C pill (yellowish), and a Solgar Male Multiple one (Dark green). These pills are OUTRAGEOUSLY big. There is not one single day that I can have the 3 pills without issues. I am not a small person (61) and I take other big pills daily (as Truvada as PreP) and took other vitamins (like CVS ones). I never had problems taking big pills. These are a whole new level! Every day I fill a 24oz glass (!!) with water, I stand-up, and initiate my 3 pills journey. Yet, every single day at least one pill gets stuck in my mouth or throat. I throw more and more water in, sometimes it moves on, many times it does not and stays for several seconds stuck in my throat. Sometimes the 24 oz is not enough water! I literally regurgitated them several times. I tried to humidify them with my tongue, I tried to place them in different places and positions in my mouth, etc. But there is not really a technique that works effectively. They are rounded etc but still, FAT, almost double of the size of any pill I saw. Moreover, they are coated in a green substance -- I guess it is there to facilitate ingestion (?) -- but when pills get stuck and have to be regurgitated, makes the mess even bigger... If this product stays this size, I will definitely not buy it again and can not recommend them to anyone. Results-wise (as written in my previous review): I feel very well in the last few days, with more energy, alertness. Better. I had been eating poorly and under much stress. This definitely is helping me. And, I simply do not trust any other brand, their promises, and marketing. If you compare the ingredients Solgar is always better, and more balanced, especially in the right ingredients (zinc for example).

I dont know how well these multivitamins work, but the stench from them is beyond description. Just terrible. My process is, I take out a vitamin, let it “air out” for an hour, then take a deep breath, put it in my mouth, excel, a small drink of water, swallow, and then a shudder.

I have to laugh at reviews that mention these pills are too big, they stink, etc... I mean come on people, where did your testosterone go? Man the f-up! If youre complaining the pill doesnt fit in your mouth or that it doesnt taste or smell like candy, you really need this pill because you have no testosterone left in your system. After taking these for just 4 days - 3x per day as recommended (3 pills is the serving size) with meals, one at every meal, I have noticed a BIG difference for the better - more energy overall, more enthusiasm on everything and better quality sex as well, girlfriend is even happier now. I do watch my diet, avoiding processed foods at all costs also helps. Again, if the size and taste/smell of these pills make you become a whining baby, I cant imagine a mess youll become when real problems happen in your life... buy with confidence, this supplement really works.

Product from solgar is as advertised. The flavor is strong and was a great value for the money

I had an appendectomy and my bowel movements have not been as regular as they use to be. Since Ive been taking this male multiple it has returned to normal. When my first bottle ran out I switched to another cheaper multiple that only required one a day and I lost that regularity again. Started up again with a second bottle of this Solgar Male Multiple and Im back to being regular again. Ahhhhhh - Its not easy getting old : ) Im not a doctor, this is only my opinion/experience, take it with a grain of salt.

This is a great daily multivitamin for men over 40. It has exactly what is necessary for your daily regimen to maintain good health. Solgar is a very reputable company that has been trusted for many years.
