> 3 dayi loved the previous editions of these headphones, and would have kept using them but they were dropped on accident and were no longer functional. i then bought the newest version thinking they’d be even better. (was disappointed :( ) these headphones shut off randomly when using them, the app has been wildly problematic, settings are constantly reset, the battery doesn’t last as long. really disappointed as i would wear and use the others every single day and have no issues. would not recommend these headphones.

> 3 dayNoise cancelling, wireless, long lasting battery life, easy and great bluetooth connection, comfortable, sounds great. Price is definitely not affordable, but worth the buy. A great investment. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayI think often times big time techies and Android users/Apple haters write stellar reviews for this product. I have extensive experience with audio technology and have used other products, both popular and lesser known. These are fine! The NC technology is actually superior in the AirPods Pro 2 for a fraction of the cost. Also, something about a $400 product feeling so CHEAP is driving me insane lol. They are very comfortable for over the head headphones.

> 3 dayThese are the best. They are also very light weight, soft, easy to use and flexible. There is a reason they are rated the top headphones.

> 3 dayI’ve been using Sony noise canceling headphones for a couple of years, going from XM3 to XM5. The noise cancelling quality is clearly better than Apple and Bose. My XM3 lasted 3 years of almost daily use. But the construction of XM5 looks so fragile that I was concerned from the start. And it broke after just a few months. The part over my right ear broke off from the main thing.

> 3 dayI’m writing this review after using this headphone for multiple train and plane rides. The noise cancelling is way too good. Besides some high frequency sounds, the headphone was able to cancel out over 95% the noises. The remaining 5% are all higher frequency sounds but those can be ignored very easily. Now I’m not an audiophile so I can’t really comment on how it sounds, but it sounds good enough for me.

> 3 dayNext gen headphones? More like gen1 headphones. Headphones are really uncomfortable if put on more than an hour. Not good if you are using it for laptop. Headphones app by sony is really poor and non user friendly. Noise cancellation is poor, doesnt work if you are moving. Not waterproof. Unfoldable. Sony has downgraded from xm4. The only 2 good things in this headphones are fast charging and sound quality. Dont buy if you are looking for noise cancellation, comfortablity or upgrade from xm4.

> 3 dayIf you have a medium to small sized head, I wouldn’t recommend buying this headphones set. It checked all the boxes in terms of sound quaility, noise cancellation, and volume control, but it would slide off my head from the littlest of movement. I’m a teenager, not a kid, so if you are looking to buy for a child, I would look into buying the Sony xm4‘s instead. I am exchanging them for xm4‘s.

Greater than one weekI wanted SO SO badly to like these. They sound AMAZING (Sonys rich and full sound is unmatched). They are SUPER lightweight The noise cancelling is BETTER than the Apple Airpods max headphones Very nice travel case The only reason I returned them is even on their smallest adjustable setting they were too big for my normal sized head. They hung just a little too low on my ears. ALSO the top padding was oddly not comfortable, created a pressure point on the top of my head- maybe because the pressure of the tension holding them to my ears was not very strong, so the brunt of the weight was distributed to the top of the head band.
