> 3 dayI have become somewhat addicted to this tea, after discovering it at a spa-resort where I vacation. I love iced tea (Im not a coffee drinker) and this teas citrus flavor with subtle ginger taste is so delicious, gives me energy, and tastes somewhat sweet with no added sugar. I also like that I can put the teabag in a pitcher of water in the fridge overnight, and its done by morning. I am brewing about 2 pitchers of this tea per week, at least. . Side Note--- I bought this pitcher for use in making the tea, and it perfectly fits 2 Quarts, so I use 2 SportTea teabags each time I make it. I also highly recommend this pitcher bc it seals tightly and keeps your tea fresh. (Im not a paid spokesperson for either of these items, just a big fan!!)

> 3 dayLove this tea!. Easy to make. Just place a tea bag in cold water and let it sit. No boiling required. Gives me a little boost in the afternoon. Definitely recommend!

> 3 daySport Tea is awesome, it is a very refreshing beverage that is made with relatively natural ingredients. The tea has a bright flavor to it, not specifically a strong lemon flavor, but more of a hint of lemon. It is delicious. We brew it in a 16oz glass, then add it to a Nalgene bottle, then fill to the brim with water. If you brew it for too long, it seems to taste bitter, so we just brew for 10- 15 minutes than dilute with water.

Greater than one weekI went from San Franciscos 60-ish weather to 100+ degrees in Northern California. Had nausea and after a few glasses of water, 2 sodas and lunch, it did not improve. Our friend gave me a glass of this and I perked up immediately as it balanced my electrolytes. Drank it the rest of the time in the hot weather and it really made it much more comfortable and I had no more dehydration or nausea. I am a Coca Cola addict and am finding this is a great replacement, no sugar or calories. Fresh and refreshing. Making it a staple in our household and on day trips in warm weather.

> 3 dayI’ve been drinking this for many years and I absolutly love it, but it is an expensive “habit” for everyday consumption! Yes, it’s got nutritional benefits; I especially like the potassium, but I think the company could make it more affordable. It’s tea.

> 3 dayMy aged father loves this tea and makes pitchers at a time for his refrigerator. When his large warehouse store stopped carrying it (they said it was a seasonal product in our northern climate) I looked on Amazon and surprised my dad by having some Sportea sent to him. I rated the value three stars only because the price seems high, but you should do your own comparison. I still bought it because that’s what he loves.

> 3 dayMy husbands doctor recommended Sportea as a perfect beverage for rehydration and to keep electrolytes up. We drink it brewed just as it is. You can add sweetener or fruit juice to it but we like it plain. It has a very pleasant taste. It is a good value because we buy the large bags and make it in a pitcher in the refrigerator. A case of the Sportea lasts a longtime. We share it with out son-in-law who is very into fitness and daily excercise. It is better for you than soda and other artificially flavored drinks.
