I use this to grease a 4x4 pole holding my birdfeeder. Had (repeat had) a problem with a Raccoon climbing the pole and eating all the birdseed including the Suet. The rodent dont do that anymore.

Most high-end bicycle grease (Phil Wood, Park, etc.) is basically marine grease. It even smells the same. Save your money and buy marine grease instead. This stuff is comparable to other marine grease I have used, although for some reason it is red when most other brands are green or blue. It works the same.

Opened and grease is red, just like normal grease. Marine grease is different formulation to resist water and is always bluish green.

The container was not full, there was a huge empty spot in the bottom. Not sure how many ounces I received, but I thought I was getting a full can.

Worked perfectly to silence my daughter’s squeaky swing set. I know this isn’t a typical use case for this item, but for an application like mine it was exactly what I needed. Recommend.

Not blue. Its regular red tacky grease. These liers need to be horsewhipped and deported.
