> 24 hourOur old mailbox was looking rough. It had been smashed by some palm branches falling on it and was all peeled paint and rust. It was getting to the point that I was thinking they would stop delivering our mail. ;-) After searching a bit I picked up this bad boy. This thing is large and well built with plenty of room for both mail and a newspaper. Does anyone besides me still get a newspaper? Putting this together was a bit of work and requires two people and a drill. I was able to put this together with the assistance of my seven-year-old to hold it in place while I attached it. If you already have a post installed you may have to cut it to fit this mailbox. Whats holding me back from giving this five stars? The stupid bolts they provide for attaching the box to the pole are next to useless. There is no way you are going to easily fit a wrench or socket in the hole provided. I ended up just using some large wood screws and screwing this directly to the pole. So if you pick this up you may want to locate or purchase some big wood screws.

> 24 hourThe Step2 595200 MailMaster Plus Mailbox Walnut color was really nice. I love the darker brown tone of color that this mailbox offered. The only thing I had problems with was getting the bolt and nut to hold the flag tight. Seems it is easy for the mailperson to push it down farther than the indention where it is to rest. Other than that, I was very pleased!

> 24 hourBox is deeper than expected (a plus, looks great and is well constructed. Like that it came with numbers. Was fairly easy to install once I found a suitable 4x4 and ground spike, which added another $30 to the cost. Might give it 5 stars if it withstands the snowplow this winter.

> 24 hourOverall, it is a good quality mailbox and should hold up well. My only issue is that the interior of the mailbox is smaller than my old Rubbermaid. The overall size is about the same, but they could have expanded the inside if they had not made the walls so unnecessarily thick,
