> 24 hourThe remote is very nice when picking a flash pattern rather than finding the button next to the plug. Kinda weird it doesnt come with its own plug in but I have a bazillion so it wasnt an issue. Also, unrolling the lights was very satisfying.

I hung them with command strips and then unraveled the strings, we plugged the lights into a manual wall timer, that was my own preference. The LED lights dont get hot, which is always a bonus so we hung them to be on a sunflower canvas and my daughter loves her lights. Bonus - there is a brighter/dinner option on the remote. Great for reading bedtime stores and then dim the lights down for bedtime. Totally recommend these magical lights ❤❤❤

- Click the timer button on the remote for 3 seconds or hold the button for 3 seconds on the USB;
- The lights will blink 2 times to show that the timer has been set;
- Repeat step 3 above and the lights will blink 1 time to show that the timer has been cleared.
