    I first got it as an ipsy sample and now I cant get enough. Goes on super easy. Blendable. You can tightline with it and it STAYS there, like all day. It doesnt irritate my eyes. Its money.

    Looking for the perfect liner for your waterline? This is it! I use liquid for my eyelid but I prefer pencil for my water line. It glides on sooooo smoothly and it lasts all day. It even survives through crying spurts. This isn’t the type of pencil you need to sharpen either so that’s a plus in my book!
