Summer Deluxe Piddle Pad, Black

I was so happy with this purchase! I did take other reviews advice and did a pre wash. We have had one accident and it caught most of the pee. The car seat buckle did have some pee on it and a little got on the car seat cover around the buckle. The only complaint I have is that I wish that they had straps or some kind of system so it didnt move around so much. You have to adjust every time you get your kid in and out of their seat or it will not fully protect the car seat if they have an accident. I forgot to adjust it the day we had an accident and I think it would have done a better job if I would have remembered. I do recommend having an extra just in case your kid has an accident.

love this thing! baby been having accidents lately, poopy diaper leaking out one side on the way home. twice in a week had to take off the cover for car seat to clean it, which is a HUGE pain in the ass. this pad works awesome! diaper leaked a few days after putting this in, just took it out, wiped it down and washed it, good to go. no more taking off car seat cover, its awesome!

When we started potty training our two year old, I immediately looked for something that would save us in the event of an accident in the car. I came upon this item and love it. It couldnt be any easier to place in the seat. You just pull the buckle through the hole and youre ready to go. If it gets dirty, just throw it into the washer and air dry. THe best part is how absorbent this piddle is with liquids. My son has urinated, spilled water, and sat in a wet swimsuit in the piddle and yet it absorbs it all. An added bonus, if you slow your children to eat in the car and their seat gets dirty, this protects the seat off and you dont have to take the whole car seat apart to clean the seat. Best buy and bang for your buck. It makes your life easier.

I like the way this fits in my car seat, but the one time we had an accident, pee leaked down through the hole where the crotch strap goes. It definitely saved me a lot of cleaning, but not all of it. However, for early potty training it was such a relief to have this on the seat!

We got this for a road trip we went on and although cant speak to the absorbency or cleanup (surprisingly!) we can say it fits great in the seat and doesnt get in the way at all of the buckles or anything. Cant even notice it in there! Great peace of mind - as the seat cover itself is such a pain to clean!!

Great for potty training or accidents there after. You cant always get to a potty quick enough when in the car and your child has to go so this is a great backup just in case. I occasionally take it out and put it in the stroller too if I am worried little one may have a accident. Simple concept but works well. I bought two so when one is in the wash I have another one to use.

Bought this for use with our second child and started using it right away in her infant carseat. From previous experience, having to remove a car seat or stroller cover for wash is not only cumbersome, but means you cant use the carseat or stroller until washing is done. Ive already had an opportunity to see this pad in action when my newborn had some heavy duty spit up in the carseat, and this saved us from a major wash, but some did leak through the hole where the buckle fit through, which is why I didnt give it 5 stars. I understand the need for the hole, but it is a bit wide. Otherwise great buy, and would definitely recommend.

Owned one of these for nearly a year before it was put to the test when our daughters diaper had leaked during a nap in the car. Her seat stayed dry and the Piddle Pad was easy to wash. After getting a chance to test this, we bought a second for our newborn. Everyone should have one of these in the car seats of all sizes, infant to booster seat. Car seat covers are annoying to take off and wash, so to avoid having to take them completely apart to wash accidents, place these in the car seat! The backing keeps them from shifting too much, so readjusting them is minimal. I highly recommend these!!!

When I say this has saved me from having to remove my childs carseat, best believe its a blessing. Potty training is hard on most people and this pad took a lot of anxiety out of it for me. You can pop this in and take it out to wash and it comes clean and dries easily and quickly. Doesnt smell like urine once its been washed and I dont even have to use enzymes on it. I know youre not supposed to use anything in the carseat that didnt come with it, but honestly parents with multiple kids or children with disabilities like mine just dont have the time or the help to be able to disassemble a carseat and wash it every time a child has an accident. Thanks for making this!

Got this for our mostly potty trained 2 year old. It tends to scoot back under him when he scoots back in his seat which is kind of a pain. We havent had a lot of leak expierence but of 2 accidents weve had one still got the car seat wet, not soaked, but significantly wet. That may also have been due to the scooting back issue as well. Also it is air dry which is kind of a bummer but they dont take too terribly long and it is certainly preferable to undoing the car seat cover and straps to wash and dry it. Overall its good but dont expect it to stop any heavy leaks and if you have an accident prone toddler I would probably get 2 to rotate because of dry time :)
