It came with instructions, and wasnt hard to put on. I do take the time to make sure its out of the way before shutting the door. On my car it naturally hangs down away from the door. I have not had any problems with it slipping off, as it is on the seatbelt tightly. I like it because the seatbelt no longer digs into my neck. Purchased to use on a Smart fortwo. Two thumbs up for now.

I have battled with seat belts for a long time. I’m 4’10 and the belt has always hurt my neck. A friend told me to look these up and I’m so glad I did. Thanks for a great product!

This is just what I needed to prevent my seat belt from cutting across my throat. I just bought a new car and no matter how I adjust the seat and the level of the belt, it cut right into my throat. It is super easy to put on the belt and adjusts easily.

These are easy to use, I actually marked the seatbelts so I would know where to install these again, works well. I used them for my dog booster seat.

These have made driving enjoyable again. No more seatbelt cutting into my neck or sliding around. Truly one of the best purchases of my life.

Why write a 5 star review for a product that is now bent/broken as you can tell from the picture? It worked EXACTLY as it was supposed to for me. I am 52 and the seat-belt always falls across my neck and is very uncomfortable. I always worried that in an accident that the seat-belt would hurt my neck and cause pain. I put this on the seat-belt and adjusted it so the seat-belt would fall across my shoulder where it was supposed to.

This is a metal seat belt adjuster. I am short and needed something to get the seat belt off my neck. Plastic ones break easily. This works great.

Sturdy and great price. I only connect one side (and it stays on) so it is easy to slide up and down (depending who is driving the car). The down side is that if you fully connect it, it takes to much time to adjust up and down.

Work very well to protect younger bodies to be adequately secured in the car. Shoulder straps stay away from their necks and actually offer more cross body protection. I bought several as I have two cars and then I do not need to worry about taking them out and losing them.
