My husband had plans to replace them all with white, but I thought it would be easier to look for some attractive, matching wall plates and Im glad we went that route. Instead of being constantly reminded of gaudy 80s trends, they look great. They actually blend in more seamlessly with the walls as well since our walls are also a light tan color. They are a bit pricey, but they save us from having to mess with electrical so I am happy with that.
