Tap Magic 30004P ProTap Cutting Fluid, 4 oz. Size

Not too thick, but it had enough viscosity to stay in place while drilling vertically. Im happy I got it. You dont need much This little size will last a long time.

not many chemicals bother me , but the acid in the tap magic will burn your eyes from a distance.. the vapors alone will do it .. Lung irritation is mild , but overall theres stuff that works well and doesnt burn your eyes so i wont e buying this again

Works great. My drill bits cut better and when tapping holes especially larger ones it seems I don’t have to back out the tap and clear chips as often.

It cuts very well. It smells really nice kind of a hint of lemon. A little pricey for the amount you get.

Dont do a bunch of drilling, but I can tell it makes drill bits stay sharp longer than pipe thread cutting oil I was using. Todd at PF on utube tested this against others and this was at the top. Has a funny smell.

I am cheap. Seems like a lot at just under $10 a bottle. Which unfortunately is the going price. It works as good as one would expect it to. Used it with drill bits, tap bits, and hole saws.

Tried and true

I’ve been a machinist for 45 years. This stuff is hard to beat for tapping and cutting metal. I use it on my Mill at home and you won’t believe how it improves tool life.. highly recommend

This is a life changer! I used to use stinky oil/DW40 and this stuff runs circles around them! I have not lost a tap yet with this stuff! Drilling through holes in any metal is now satisfying experience! I will be buying two more of these, one for work and the other at my Dads. Very little residue is left which can be easily wiped away with IPA. Will buy more when I run out, but as the headline states, I have drilled maybe 1000 holes and have only used 75% of the bottle! Very satisfied with this product and I hope you will be too! Thanks!
