TapMagic 16 oz. Can New Improved Cutting Fluid

Unless youre a machinist youll probably never use all of this but not using it when doing anything where metal is on metal is really not an option. I been using it for years and its the best. WD40, 3in1 oil, etc are not correct for drilling or tapping. They dont have the viscosity to keep the metal from burning up.

This is the best cutting fluid I’ve used! Put just a drop on your drill bit and get to cutting.

Have used this for years and it works really well for cutting, drilling and tapping/die cutting ferrous metals. Works OK on aluminum and brass, but Tap Magic makes a dedicated product for that which I recommend as well. The16 oz bottle may be a lifetime supply for this hobbyist. I do recommend getting some small needle-tipped plastic bottles for dispensing; the big bottle’s nozzle is wasteful and inaccurate.

It works as it should. Makes drilling and tapping mild steel easy.

best cutting fluid ever, i use it for all my machining of metal parts, milling , drilling and lathe.

I used this while drilling metals and sometimes hardened metals. It really helps cut and lower heat and friction. Saved my drill bit and enhance longevity of bit sharpness and metal from overheating.

Pretty aggravated - The bottle was dented to the point where it won’t stand up by itself. You buy something and plan on having it for years and it comes in a f’d up bottle.

This stuff has been around for a long time and theres a reason. It works well and is a reasonable price.
