> 3 dayDetailing your vehicle is a love/hate job. These are great to remove wax or compound residue around badges and hollows of letter as on motorcycles. Use by hand or with a power tool for tougher spots.

Greater than one weekthese are decent quality brushes. they wear out after a bit, which is why I bought this 10 pack, but any fine wire brush will wear out if you really put it to work.

> 3 daythese are NOT the ones that pull a Mission Imposable and self destruct in five seconds after turning it on. I restore engines and i work these little babies hard with my dremel to reach those negative corners before painting. Trust me, these hold up.

> 3 dayWhen used at high RPM (20,000-35,000) the brushes dont stay in a cone shape and instead become a flat wheel and metal shards fly off quite rapidly. When used at lower speeds (5,000-15,000) they do hold the cone shape but metal still flies off and they really dont do much at those speeds. The Dremel version of this brush is more expensive but holds its shape and doesnt have metal flying off, these are much less expensive but are dangerous and dont get the job done. I wont buy these again.

> 3 dayI used these for the first time yesterday to clean up some spots on some stainless steel cookware that oven cleaner wouldnt touch and to remove some deeply embedded rust from a pair of pliers. Everything worked out perfectly. I used a Dremel at 15,000 - 20,000 RPM and the wire wheel didnt loose too many strands. Ive used both the Dremel and Temo wheels successfully. The Temo seems to have a coarser wheel (thicker wire). I tried using higher than 20,000 RPM and lost more brush strands than I would have with the Dremel, but this was an experiment, I usually dont use a wire wheel at that speed. For the about $0.80 a brush its a good deal.

15-06-2025Its easy to burn through these type brushes, so it was great to find a quantity at a very reasonable price.
