Greater than one weekIm an avid art journaler and I saw someone using a similar product online and knew I had to try tempura paint sticks in my own journals! I didnt want to spend a lot (in case I didnt like them). Thankfully, Im so impressed! Even though they are meant for kids, I find them suitable for adults, too. The paint goes on (in most cases/colors) thick and very opaque. A few are more sheer, but I like the results with those, too! They are blendable for a short period of time, but then they dry very quickly. I can use them in my art journal and shut the book almost immediately without fear that the paint will transfer to the other page. I only wish they had more color combos!

> 3 dayI have a 19 month old and 4 year old, and was tired of the the usual acrylic paint and water being everywhere, then the dreaded cleanup after about 10 mins. I then found and purchased these. My 4 year old is able to open them herself, draw for long periods of time, and there is NO CLEANUP!!! The little one isnt able to open the lids by herself, which is great, so there is no worry shes going to draw all over the walls (shes a stinker) if one is left behind. These will become a staple in my house. I recommend getting rolls of white paper to go along with them.

> 3 dayI love the variety of colors and opacity of these tempera sticks! When working on black roll paper to make banners, the marks made by these paint sticks were actually much brighter than those made by Kwik Sticks.

> 3 dayWorth every penny and more! I have three kids under four and they all love to paint and it’s just chaos with paint and with these they can expressed their artistic side and not make a total mess or ruin everything because they’re super easy to clean off of stuff. I recommend lining them up lid to lid and using some good sturdy clear packing tape and taping them all together so the lids don’t get lost I saw it in a YouTube vid on channel by Brittany Vasseur it was awesome! These would also make an excellent gift because the parents won’t hate you! Lol

> 3 dayI have bought my grandsons every kind of paint since the first one turned 18 months and was interested, from my lap. Now there are two of them, 3 years apart, and for the first time I have no fear around little 2 1/2 year old Roger with a paint stick in his hand! And the 5 1/2 year old loves the variety and richness of the colors. I allow them to paint seasonal designs on the windows with them and soon well be doing fall leaves and pumpkins.

> 3 dayThe product is fine, just what I expected, however, now that Amazon killed Smile, I will be purchasing my craft supplies from Arteza, Michaels and other sources from now on.

Greater than one weekOh my gosh ... these colors! -Amazing range... & the gold adds an amazing sparkle to it that the camera cant really capture. Its like drawing with lipstick, but it dries almost a soon as you draw, so blending the colors has to be done by layering - Id recommend buildung light to dark. The white is amazing, too because it actually shows up on dark paper & dark colors - (other brands Ive used dont do that). This set even comes with a sketchbook, so great deal overall at under a dollar per color. Shuttle Art needs to do themselves a favor, though by upgrading their packaging to reflect what a great product they have! Improve the colors & design/look of the box & use a stronger plastic tray for the tubes ...
