You can hang your meter on a piece of metal next to you so you arent fiddling with it, and test leads when youre working in panels or trouble shooting. Legitimately convenient enough to say its an investment in your safety. The strap is sturdy and the magnet is strong. The meter isnt going anywhere you dont want it to.

Magnet is strong enough. It also helps that the magnet is surrounded in a rubber fixture.... this aides in slipping.

Good strap, almost if not exactly the same as the straps that comes with the Fluke meter kits. The magnet is really strong so you will never have your meter dropping. And yes it sticks to everything but its good practice to store your meter and accessories in a separate bag or case.

Very handy to have working on or near anything metal. Will keep you from dropping your meter. Small price to pay as much as Flukes cost.
