Bought this in an 18m size for my sons first bday outfits (with khakis and a baby blue bowtie, he was indeed adorable!). Washed well, cheetos dust came out but.... It wrinkled like crazy, straight out the dryer on wrinkle guard too. Iron obviously fixed it but I supposed a wrinkly shirt just proves its good material. Fits well, although the neck button was tight. Collar buttons were so helpful since he had the bowtie, and add style if used without. Overall i would definitely recommend, just be prepared to iron out the wash (clean hair straighteners work too if you dont have an iron)
