I started using these teeth cleaning picks last year after encouragement by a family member. It cleans the debris from between teeth. At first I used them at night before brushing. I would use them while watching TV. Now I cant stand having food between my teeth. I use them twice a day. I still floss at night. My last cleaning and checkup was excellent. The dentist was impressed with the health of my teeth and gums. I keep them in the car and our camper. (I dont use them while driving). I am so glad I learned about these.

These are versatile and strong picks. With one side having an edged point, it helps dislodge food trapped between teeth, and the other side has flexible bristles for cleaning the surfaces of teeth, especially near the gum line, without damaging gum tissue.
