The Elf on the Shelf Girl Light, Red and White

I know a lot of people have complained about their elves being mischievous, but I have found it to be the opposite. Our elf does all the extra holiday chores that my husband and I would normally do in the evenings. One night she pulled down all the Christmas boxes from the attic, she washed the dishes, folded the kids laundry, assembled the tree, and glued together the gingerbread houses so they were ready for decorating. She even brought some wrapping paper for us. Totally recommend.

Every cute item that comes with a book. You can also go online and get a personalized certificate of adoption and letter from Santa. Kids love it so far. Just received it today and told the littles that santa dropped off a gift early for them, that will help him keep an eye on how good they are being. Kids keep saying they see the elf move lol. Should be a fun holiday tradition. Wish it was a little cheaper like $20 but it is still worth it.

For the price of this, I expected it to be flawless when it arrived. Unfortunately the box was dented on the corner, as if it was dropped before shipping. The book inside the box was also crinkled on one corner, and it was very noticeable. The elf is extremely hard to position and her hands came sewn together. If I had it to do over again, I would have just purchased it locally.

As expected, but rather pricey in my opinion.

We LOVE the elf at our house! So much fun and just adds all the Christmas magic! If you’re on the fence just go for it! Brings so much joy to the kids!

My elf was already taken out of the box previously. Twist ties were undone. Seal broken. Disappointed.

My husband wanted to do this for our 3 year old and I had no experience with the elf on the shelf. I think it’s creepy, an elf that watches you and reports to Santa! Lol but my 3 year old loves it and my husband enjoys moving it around to surprise him in the morning. Idk which one likes it more. As long as they are happy I am happy. It is exactly as I had anticipated.
