14-06-2025The backpack was NOT a functional travel backpack. Too small yet heavy. After I returned it to UPS ASAP, Amazon reached out to company for my refund. Even though they received my tracking number they are going to wait for it to begin hand and inspected. I felt like this company is non-negotiable and stiff. Would not recommend!

> 3 dayOverall, this is a great backpack, especially for school or travel, as it is equipped with a laptop pocket. Downside is that with repeated placement of the backpack on the ground, the side water bottle mesh pockets rip. It continues to get bigger, especially with a water bottle still in it

> 3 dayNice quality. Great color. Wonderful support. My biggest annoyance is the small, front storage pocket, where I would think people keep their “everyday junk” (I’m a college student - pens, erasers, money, etc.) is very high up and there for top heavy. My bag is always falling on the student next to me. I would purchase another north face backpack, but would not recommend this one. It does have a decent amount of storage space however ... AND a nifty whistle on the chest clip, if you didn’t know!!

Greater than one weekRoomy bag. The only downfall is the compartment for utensils is up high makes it top heavy, causing it to always lean forward instead of sit up.

> 3 dayI ordered this for my High School daughter to use as a backpack. It was lightweight and seems very durable. Its a nice looking backpack. She complained that the straps hurt her shoulders though. Her words: they hurt, they are very hard and too narrow. It would be ok if you dont need to put too much in it. We returned it due to the straps.
