> 24 hourDuck tape used to be good for everything, the quality has severely declined recently. Now it is thin, weak, and doesnt stick very well or long if it does. I had a little of an old roll from a couple years ago and there is no comparison. The new tape is horrible and falls off after a day even if stuck to itself! might was well use scotch tape for as much good as it does. Even the heavy duty duck tape is weak sauce compared to before, I tried it after this roll with same result

> 24 hourI bought this tape specifically to seal up industrial ice packs - the kind you get in the mail with refrigerated medications - that had sprung leaks. I didnt want to keep asking the community for new ones if I didnt have to. I taped up spots on two packs and covered one entire pack with tape (I couldnt find the hole). I use the ice for my migraines, so basically I freeze them completely solid, then wrap them in a hand towel and lay my head on them until they thaw and then put them back in the freezer. Its been a few months and the tape is holding up just fine to all those conditions on both the covered pack and the strips. I also used it to tape up the broken handle on a plastic laundry basket and it is sticking and holding just fine, despite the uneven surface and less-than-skillful application.

> 24 hourWe liked the adhesion as we used the tape to apply duck cloth to plywood. Mainly, since my spouse and I understood the tapes name differently - he thought it was duct tape and I thought it was duck tape - so we got a great kick out of looking it up. It is, in fact, often known as duct tape to tape ducts with, but the original tape was called duck tape, which was created by applying adhesive to duck cotton cloth - the duck is from a Dutch word referring to a particular weave of the cotton cloth, so the company called it duck tape. Very cool, so we purchased the original Duck Tape and we are pleased with it.

> 24 hourDuck tape for the win if you ever need to make your own scissor hands! I just wrapped the duck tape around cardboard I had shaped around the tops of the fingers on a pair of black gloves. The silver color made them look metal and the adhesion to the cardboard and leather gloves was fantastic! I pulled them on and off all night and the gloves and fingers are still fully intact!

> 24 hourI put this tape on a wall and it sticks. I put it on a cardboard box and it sticks. I put it on my face and it sticks. It does not stick to water but that’s ok.

> 24 hourThe O.G of janky fixes, school projects, and leaky items. Worked great over my kids mouth, and held their hands and feet together nicely. Stopped water from entering my leaky roof, and even removed a fair amount of hair when waxing my buttocks.
