> 3 dayThe puppet was either not well made or it was packaged incorrectly, because when it arrived the face was deformed (lop-sided, highly unsymmetrical). Modest amounts of pushing and tugging at the ears, nose, etc. failed to straighten it out. As a result of the deformity it was much less attractive than its picture, and it was nearly impossible to fit a finger into the mouth to open and close it. This puppet would have been fine for an adult-sized hand, if it had been as advertised, but instead, I sent it back a few hours after it arrived.
