The Vented Urban Brolly Hunter Green

I bought mine in the late 70’s and replacing it now. Lasted 40 some years. Probably could have a couple of small tears fixed and be good as new. It’s not just for urban work. I use it for rain gear while back packing. Everyone else puts on rain ponchos ( sweaty hot) but most rain lasts 5-30 min. The brolly covers head and pack. Also is a deterrent to animals. Scares them to death when you walk toward, pumping the umbrella. Bears included. After forty years I feel lost without it.

Broke as soon as i opened it

This reminded me of my Moms expensive umbrellas. Solid, attractive, and well made. It has little details that shows someone put some thought into how it is made.

This umbrella came broken. It is useless. I made the mistake of letting it sit for a while before using it and am past the return window. Do not buy this product. Period.

Kept me dry.

Most umbrellas have a low dome & lack headroom - which seems like an obvious must-have in umbrella design - assuming you want to stay dry & see where you’re walking.

So nice to have a sturdy umbrella. Those collapsing type are useless in a breeze.
