> 3 dayI used it it for muscle warmup in the morning and relaxing muscle at the end of day. It seems helping in some degree, but I have no scientific way to measure it. The device is easy to use. However on low setting, the motor seems a bit under power and it is choking from time to time and you can feel it delivery less hit to the muscle. In middle setting does not seem to have that issue. Not sure this is an manufacturing issue or something else. The device claim to able to work for about 2 hrs, but I have not able to use for longer than one hour.

Greater than one weekI am already receiving Theragun therapy at my chiropractor. I decided to get the mini Theragun for its ease to travel with as I am considering a trip in early 2022. It has been amazing in delivering relief for my lower back discomfort that I always experience upon rising in the morning and also later in the day if necessary. The Theragun along with a roll-on icing agent afterwards leaves me virtually pain-free for several hours. That is amazing! Love this product.
