Thank you for saying what I am not allowed to say! I am a teacher. State law requires the pledge to be said every day in class. That causes it to become rote and meaningless to the students.They dont stand, they dont stop talking, they are on their phones. By law, I cannot make them stand for the flag. I saw this, bought it, and posted it next to the flag in my room. It started a conversation (not initiated by me) about the two folded flags that have been handed to me during my life. It changed most of the behaviors.
