09-06-2025Don’t like the fact the box is busted because that means it won’t hold up to keep them stored

> 3 dayThese take a bit more heat to seal than traditional shrink tubing, but the adhesive and perfect placement make them worth every penny over non-sealed connectors.

> 3 dayJunk - will not crimp and hold the wire and the shrink material rips when you crimp it. Im a licensed and certified technician that has been using crimp connectors for over 50 years and this is the first time Ive had connectors this bad. I finally went to an auto parts store and bought a package of Dorman shrink connectors and they worked fine.

> 3 dayFor many years, I made wire-spice connections by soldering and applying heat shrink tubing to the joints. It’s a time consuming process, and a big hassle especially when spicing has to be done in the field. I converted to using crimp connectors a few months ago and haven’t gone back to soldering since. I stay away from the lower-priced PVC connectors that tend to crack when crimped. Nylon connectors such as these won’t crack regardless of crimping pressure. As long as you match connector color to wire gauge and use the right size crimper, you will end up with a neat, secure joint that can’t be pulled apart easily. Having the heat shrink tubing already on the connector is an added convenient. When shrunk, tubing wraps tightly around the wire, creating a water resistant seal. If you do wire splicing, this is a good set to have around.
