> 3 dayI had to have the handle replaced as it jammed in the first 4 months. Now the zipper wont work. It is very difficult to find a repair center or speak to anyone. They provide a 10 year warranty but if you cant get anyone to fix it or replace it, warranty is not worth much. For the money I would expect better.

10-06-2025So far it is holding up, however I havent had it for too long. I like the hard cover as it protects my items a lot better. I love the different compartments and I can fit a lot in this carry-on. I did once have to use the extension which adds at least another inch. I will say that with the extension it does NOT fit in the carry-on compartment the way it should. I had to smash it in the compartment and turn it sideways to make it fit. I was lucky that I didnt have to check it but it was a bit embarrassing having to squeeze this in the overhead compartment.
