Works as advertised. This product will certainly save our company the headaches and financial hassles of searching for a reliable replacement.

I always worry about using a nonbrand toner in my printer but there were a few reasons to try: 1) I think that Brother uses counts rather than actual measurement of toner and you NEVER get close to the number of copies you should; 2) Brother eliminated their cartridge recycling program in spite of their outrageous prices; 3) Nothing to lose - the cost for 4 Brother cartridges was more expensive than replacing the printer if these didnt work out; 4) THESE WORKED GREAT! No difference in print quality. Although I suspect, cant prove, that when teh printer recognizes a non-genuine parts cartridge, it counts pages at a higher rate that for genuine parts. I would recommend these without heistation and just ordered another set!

I originally bought this set of toner Feb 19, 2023 and was really concern because “Brother Printers” are known in the industry for not playing well with non-Brother’s toner. I had 2 clients that screwed up their Brother Printers using non-Brother toner cartridge and had to have a service call to clean the ink out of their printers. Of course, the price of the Brother Toners is almost the retail cost of a new Printer. So with much apprehension I purchased this set of toner cartridges. I have now used almost all of the toner without any issues. I feel confident recommending this company’s toner cartridges. The installation was easy and quick.

I am an ex IT sys admin so I NEVER buy generic toner but this time I could not buy the inflated prices - so I took a gamble based on the high rated reviews. So far so good and its been about a month with no issues and printing nearly every day. Would buy again

I have replaced all the cartridges and the Magenta one is not being recognized by the machine. Odd that the other colors all worked fine. I have tried just about everything to get it to recognize the new tone cartridge. I did email the company but have not received a response. The support chat function was not available at the time either. Would like to be able to provide a better review but cant if some of the product is not compatible as it states it should be.

Excellent product. I have looked everywhere to find ink that is affordable that will work for my printer. The ink the printer takes is very, very expensive. The ink we ordered with ECO Imaging has beautiful color and works very well with out printer, and we love the price. Their customer service is excellent and I know I am able to get help quickly, should I need it. They have made life long customers of us.
