TOAKS Titanium Long Handle Spork with Polished Bowl

I have used this on several overnight backpacking trips and it was totally worth the purchase. Perfect for reaching in to a Mountain House meal, or a Knorr Rice Side, or even a freezer bag meal. Very sturdy design, and cleans up well. Can even cut in to meat back at basecamp so it is the only utensil I carry in my pack.

Really handy, I Just clip it to my back pack and forget is there till i need it.

The length is good for freeze dried pouch meals (Mountain House, etc) and the polished bowl feels nice in the mouth.

I have two sporks - one where the entire thing is anodized and this one. I greatly prefer the polished bowl because it does not grate against my teeth. The spine is sturdier than I expected and I found I do not have to baby it when using the side for cutting. I use it for all my meals at home,

The quality is great: its lightweight, the polished part has a great feel in contact with your mouth… However, I find the shape of the handle pretty uncomfortable to hold. The shape and the sharp edge that rests on your middle finger when you hold it make it so uncomfortable so that I have to consciously change the way I hold it. I had seen someone else complain about this in a youtube review and thought it was someone over reacting, but it is, at least to me. I dont know if the one I got had a sharper edge or if all are like this, but it did hurt a bit. I might try using a file and sanding it a bit, but might go for some other model if that doesnt work.
