First of all the instructions were terrible. I was really hoping to get something that worked real well. This is not my first e-stem unit. It is hard to get a good stimulation. It pulses so low I barely feel it, until the last 30 seconds then it is off. When it is pulsing low I know it is running I can hear the buzz.

Ive had tinnitus for over 30 years. These patches did nothing for the tinnitus I suffer from. The ringing, the static, that high-pitched tone that never ends--no relief at all with these patches. They may be good for something else, but they did nothing for me.

Wore it last night for the first and last time. Lying on my back it stayed in nicely but I Snored like crazy. Rolled over on my side and the problems started. If the unit touches the pillow it creates a loud vibration in your ear. Readjusted and it fell out. I gave up. Really disappointed.

Yes it has little fans and yes, they turn. But they deliver only a BARELY perceptible air stream. They do NOTHING of any use, and certainly bear no resemblence to a CPAP machine. It is a complete waste of time and money.

oh my gosh. This is so small. I will try it to see if it helps but size is a great disappointment.

Of course, these dont work. I gave it a week. I followed the directions exactly. The adhesive is VERY sticky and hurt my skin when removed. Whatever is in the patch (if anything) induced a nice circular rash as well, although that might have come from the adhesive. Nothing helps tinnitus. Its a way of life.
