> 24 hourThis is a quality winch for my purpose of hauling a small two man fishing boat out of the water and onto land. It replaced a cheaper HF winch rated for a bigger load but the teeth on that one did not mesh properly when under a load and it locked up. I had to return that one to HF for a refund. This one worked perfectly with the same installation.

> 24 hourI ordered this winch used but was told it was undeliverable. It was delivered anyway. The ratchet lock only works in one direction though. Is there a way to fix it? Can a new pawl mechanism be ordered?
