> 3 dayHaving just finished the tough 20 mile Enchantment lakes hike in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness I can say that Trail Toes saved my feet. The trails were hard -- 2200 foot elevation gain in .9 miles at Aasgard Pass to dropping from 5400 feet to 1400 in 6 miles at the end. The switch backs and rocky terrain were tough on both body and mind and putting Trail Toes on before the start every day was a huge help for my feet in making it. I did get blisters but they didnt hurt and I only discovered them later. I just rubbed a huge glob of Trail Toes on all the hot spots and put my socks on and kept going. Very little pain. Others on the trip used mole skin and while it helped a bit it often wouldnt stay on very long. Trail Toes kept on working for me for hours. I will be adding it to my feet when I run too.

> 3 dayThis is the best product I have used in a long time! I have used it on my feet and hotspots and have never gotten a blister. My longest run to date using this product is a 50 mile trail race not to mention all the long runs for training and never a blister!

13-06-2025I cant even begin to say how much I love this product. Everytime I travel somewhere and do a lot of walking, like New York or Disneyland, I get blisters on the bottoms of all of my toes. After the first day, I am miserable and it pretty much ruins my time. My daughter wanted to take a mother-daughter trip to Disneyland in California last October. I decided to check into different products runners use to prevent blisters. First of all, I discovered there are special Thorlo socks one can buy. They were pricey, $15.99 a pair, but I bought three pair. Next, I read about this product. I bought it and took it with me. I used it ALL over my feet each morning before I put on the socks. I also purchased a good pair of tennis shoes with good support. I did not have one single blister. It was amazing. We got to California on a Monday. We went to the park 6 days. Our husbands flew in for the weekend...and we had a great time. This was a huge help to me. I couldnt be happier. For years, I have worn plain socks with tennis shoes. That is fine for day to day activity...but for constant all-day walking, this product is amazing and protects your feet. I only used it once in the morning. That was all I needed. The combination of the socks and Trail Toes did the job. This one jar will last a long time.

> 3 dayUsed this on a walking half-marathon with month-old walking shoes and sport socks, not a single blister or even a hot spot. Will definitely keep this around and use for every big walk/hike.

09-06-2025I used this for back to back Spartan races, the 8 mile Super on Saturday and the 4 mile Sprint on Sunday. No blisters except where some sand or gravel got in the sock and rubbed the heel and I think shoe gaiters would be the only way to avoid that.

> 3 dayThis was great for my little overnight stay on Mt. Cheaha when it happened to rain overnight, there was no issue with my feet on this trip--which I loved.

> 3 dayIf you are doing any outdoor sport for a long period of time I highly recommend trail toes. I used it during an endurance race through South Carolina and didnt have any issues!

> 3 dayThis is the best thing I have ever used to try to prevent blisters. I do Tough Mudders which are 10-12 mile obstacle courses that have water obstacles I have tried putting bandaids on my feet to prevent blisters and of course they would come off and I would get blisters anyway. I used this product this weekend in Colorado at Mudder and I cant be more happy with this product !! NO BLISTERS!! I highly recommend this product ! Thank you Trail Toes !!
