Im going to start this off by saying, that like everyone, I think my family needed something to do that was fun and productive during the start of the pandemic. I ordered this set and some shirts and as a family, we were gonna have a tiedye day. It went well. I mixed the colors and we all got to work. We followed the instructions, and everyone was happy with their creations. We let them sit like we were supposed to, rinsed them and washed them. The only shirt that turned out like it was supposed to, was mine. Everyone elses shirts ended up almost washing completely out. I used Blue and Yellow. Purple and black was used, and green and black, and all the other colors on one shirt... I dont know what happened or why it didnt work as effectively. Maybe its a user error? We all did it the same thing, so Im truly baffled. Id buy this again with the intention of SOAKING the fabric in color, in hopes that it would stay in the fabric.

I ordered this kit with the idea to tie dye several white pieces of clothing I got at Target. I made sure the clothing I was using was at least 95% cotton or rayon. The tank top and pants set in my photos is rayon and the others are cotton. The colors are super vibrant on cotton fabric and a little more muted on rayon, but I loved how all of these turned out. I left them in plastic zip lock bags for 24 hours before rinsing, washing and drying. I was a little disappointed I only got 8 items dyed when the kit says 36 items. Maybe I used too much dye for each shirt? Either way, I am happy with my results of the pieces I was able to tie dye. I loved that it came with tons of rubber bands and a decent amount of gloves, however the gloves are not high quality and I had to use several pairs throughout the time I was tie dyeing and my hands are still stained. I would order this kit again if it ever comes back in stock.

I got warehouse deal and it came totally fine. We did this for the first time and loved it. Something we will do now with the kids yearly I think. Came with plenty of gloves and bands! Loved having lots of colors to choose from and the colors look amazing after going through the wash too! We are very happy with our turn out! I would get this kit again. It was powder and we just had to add water! We let it sit overnight and I think that worked great! My rating 5 star - I really like this item, really made me go wow you should get this 4 star- I like this item and it is fine, but didnt go wow you need this 3 star- this item is alright but has a few flaws 2 star- quiet a few flaws I would totally go somewhere else 1 star- junk no good dont waste your time

The colors are bright and the kit has everything you need for a few hours of tyedying fun!

Box product comes in is not very sturdy, but it is what I would expect and that is not the problem. Amazon shipped it in an envelope vice a box, and the product box became quite damaged in shipping. Again, not the fault of the manufacturer, but of Amazon. I would expect more from them. And my granddaughter has not used this yet, but it looks of good quality for the price. I think she will enjoy it.

I got this to do with my nephew. It was super easy to use, a little messy (I expected this so we did it in the garage) and a ton of fun! I think I enjoyed it as much as he did. We tie-dyed quite a few shirts (6) and some masks (covid19). Everything came out great! The colors are super vibrant and still look good after many washes. We didn’t even use all of the bottles of dye so we have plenty for another rainy day activity!

Ok, so after watching a few other items availability dates fluctuate, I finally pulled the trigger on this set! My son (5) has been begging to do tie dye for awhile now and I cant believe Ive never done it myself. Great instructions inside, but the selection of colors and number of bottles made this kit the winner. The shirts we did are fairly bright, however weve only washed once. We let the color set overnight, but for the next round, well probably use a bit more color and let them sit longer.

Love these! My only complaint is that they dont tell you which bottles are doubles. You can tell once you fill the bottles but it would be nice to know before you fill them.
