I used this with my middle school leadership group. Great project, a little messy, but that is to be expected. Kids loved it!

We done this before but ran out of colors. This time it was a slumber party with three 10-year-old girls. Absolute hit, everyone adored this activity! I taped garbage bags on our table and provided rags to wipe up the excess after each shirt. I advise that the kids arranged their shirts and whatever pattern they choose before you activate the powder with water. Perhaps wear gloves to protect your hands against becoming multicolored messes. The instructions were clear, The packets easy to pour into the reusable bottles, and its easy to store. Well do it again soon in the future.

Check box right away - my box contained a sealed, empty dye packet - I was shorted one packet of blue dye which was very inconvenient when trying to prepare tie dye for art camp! Otherwise a good product and good value for money.

I use these dyes with my Special Ed students. The colors are vivid and dont need soda ash to use. I wash the garments, students, dye on their own, they sit for 24 hours, and then rinse and dry. Beautiful !!

My family has used this brand before and didnt have issues, however, like a lot of other reviews it came with a few color packets already opened. If you buy it be careful when you open it or you and your furniture will get a new pop of color.

One of the packet was open and the dye got spill all over in the box but I managed to save some of that dye to use, also I was short a blue but got a extra black otherwise everything else was okay.. Just be careful when unpacking the box, wear gloves so your hands are not stain

If, like me, you have a bunch of tie dye bottles sitting around after a weekend of dying, Id highly recommend getting these refills. They can be a little messy when dumping the powder into the bottles, but I just do it over the sink or over a white tea towel. Great for tie dye parties.
