I have several Ubiquiti products, which replaced all of my network devices. I had all NetGear. I had the NightHawk X10 and that thing was such a pain to manage. I constantly had dropouts and the throughput really sucked. I had never heard of Ubiquiti, but I saw that it had really good reviews. So, I figured after losing money to NetGear, I couldnt be worse off. BEST DECISION EVER! For the amount I paid for the X10. I purchased the Ubiquiti CloudKey Gen2 Plus and the UAP AC-PRO. This particular AP was to cover the entire upstairs (1500sqft) and most of downstairs, which includes the garage, sideyard and backyard. With the CloudKey and even without. The Deep Packet Inspection function (if you have a UniFi gateway too) enables you to drill down on not just who but what devices and specific applications are using the network bandwidth and your internet connection. Theres simply nothing else to touch it. If you have teenagers who spend too much time online, not only can you see where all their data is being used, you can cut them off within seconds (including using the iOS or Android Controller version) meaning youre back in control of bed times and meal times and you can restore some balance and family time when needed! Seamless roaming between access points is brilliant too, but is now the least impressive of the entire feature set. If you know even a modest amount about networking then UniFi is the answer to all the things youve ever wanted for network admin, simple as that.

Ho dovuto pazientare un bel po affinché arrivasse ma alla fine lattesa ha pagato. Anche coi dispositivi WAVE 1 Le prestazioni sono ottime (molto meglio che con la versione AC non HD) e anche la copertura è ottima.

Das Teil ist der Hammer. Wirklich sehr gute Performance und absolut reibungsloser Betrieb. Die Durchsatzwerte sind ebenfalls überragend. Ich habe seit dem ich die UniFi Geräte im Einsatz habe keinen einzigen Neustart machen müssen. Seit nun 4 Monaten läuft mein WLAN stabil, kein einziger erbot, auch die Übergabe von Accesspoint zu Accesspoint klappt super.

Mi serviva solo qualche metro in più di copertura per raggiungere le telecamere esterne cosa che non è accaduta, anzi, in molti punti della casa e del giardino non arriva più il segnale. Dico solo che ha più copertura il modem telecom ed un vecchio cisco WAP4410 che lavora solo a 2,4 GHz Adesso dovrò prendere un altro cesso della ubiquiti per fare da ripetitore wireless in mesh. Vale 1/3 di quello che ho speso, buono il software di gestione.
