> 3 day***UPDATE*** After my initial review I continued to use the product and found that for me I have to add more Apple Cider Vinegar and half a lemon and lime to my 40oz water glass plus 1 scoop of this powder. I do this daily and it is amazing at keeping me hydrated and feeling great! No more rogue muscle cramp attacks or reaching for that pot of coffee at 2pm for a pick-me-up. I actually crave my lemonade after stopping coffee at noon. I have recommended this product to my parents, who still work daily outside in 100+ heat on their farm, and they use this powder daily. Its also proven great for those going through chemo-therapy to keep mineral levels up and hydration in check. I started a subscribe and save program with this product and will continue to use it for the entire family. Excellent choice for kids rather than grabbing for dyed and artificially flavored gatorade or Powerade products that really dont hydrate or provide any trace minerals to the body properly. Ditch those other artificial hydration drinks that dont work and are toxic. Im sure that this is a great product for increasing trace minerals on a daily basis; however, its too sweet with the sweetener used and it takes a lot of shaking or stirring to dissolve completely. For people who eat a lot of processed foods and sweets I guess it would be ok, but there is an aftertaste to me. I would prefer to just have the product unsweetened and allow me to add my own sweetener. The citrus flavor is great and it comes with a little scoop. For the price, I feel like its making REALLY expensive lemonade that I could just make with ACV and a few squeezes of lemon/lime/oranges. I bought this product after watching a health video about how to make a gallon of daily detox/hydration water to store in the fridge and drink throughout the week. Maybe if I just use less of the scoop per recipe it might be better, but then I lose the potency/daily amount of the trace minerals.

Greater than one weekMy husband and I love this product and brand. However, every time we order it, the price has increased. We are not having to limit our purchases and are looking for less expensive alternatives since we currently use this product a couple times per day each.

> 3 dayI buy Liquid IV, Tangerine flavor. I love it. I am not happy with the sugars and didnt like the other flavors, as they are very sweet. I like that there are 90 servings and get more for my money.

> 3 dayThe reason why I took a star off is the packaging. I have huge hands, the jar is so narrow, and the scoop handle is only about an inch or an inch or two long, it doesnt even reach halfway down into the jar. I can only get two fingers in the jar. So if you are a big person with big hands, you will definitely have difficulty using this product. (They could fix this instantly by providing a scoop which reaches to the bottom of the jar!) Nonetheless, I love this product! If I drink a bunch of it before I go on a crazy hike, I perform noticeably better, and I dont get exhausted. The flavor is meh but its not torture. I dont drink it for the flavor though. Amazing tool for an active person to have in their tookit!

> 3 dayLove this flavor! I tried the blue raspberry and am not a fan. Lemonade all the way. It appears to be a bit “chunky” At first stir/shake, but those pieces dissolve completely in a minute or so. Helps with my leg cramps in a tasty way.
