When I first received this product I was very pleased because it is light and the size fits the requirements of a carry on luggage. After my first use on my trip the side handle is already tearing. I would expect it to be able to make more than one trip.

We just returned from a week long trip and both my wife and I bought Lucas Ultralights. I packed a week’s worth in this bag and didn’t even need to expand it.

Perfect size for a 7 day vacation. Sturdy. Easy to wheel through airport. Fits well in overhead.

I love the size and weight of this bag , but its much cheaper in TJMAX

This suitcase weighs a pound more than advertised. Looks good and I will use it but bought specifically for the weight.

It is definitely light weight. I ordered one and used it on a trip. It rolled well and even with limited arm strength due to an injury I was able to lift it into the overhead compartment on the plane. The bag arrived quickly and without noticeable defects. I was pleased enough to order a second one.

This carry-on bag worked terrifically-rolled smoothly on all surfaces encountered. It arrived quickly & was packaged very well.

I recently purchased the carry on size for this bag. I carried on once and checked it once. The one time it was checked, I received it back with a hole through the front pocket and a missing toggle from the front zipper. I reached out to their customer service regarding my warranty and was told that the bag was “mishandled” and the damage wasn’t covered by the warranty. Ummmm- isn’t luggage meant to be handled by baggage services and expected to withstand typical baggage handling. The customer service rep who responded was shockingly rude and snarky!

Havent used it yet but it appears well made. Yes, the handle does appear a bit flimsy but considering the fact it rolls on 4 wheels and there is no pressure on the handle, I guess that is ok. As a carry on, the size is great and the light weight means I can pack more clothes. It weighs 1/2 what my old Samsonite weighed and is the same size.

I’ve used this bag exactly 4 times and the zipper broke. Loved the bag. Lightweight, rolling wheels. But now garbage!!!
