I bought the 1TB model and it just arrived. Its really, really fast, true type C speed, and there were no errors. And the included cable is thick, so they didnt scrimp on quality. Dollar for dollar its a great buy. Of course, I dont have long-term data but so far, so good. If you want to connect it to a Type C port, pick up a Type A to Type C converter, as the male end of the cable is Type A.

I spent two months working on organizing my personal files and pictures and wanted a 1TB hard drive to backup the files. Bought this one. Plugged it in to my laptop and nothing. Didn’t plug and play and the light on the hard drive never came on. The packaging made me think this item had been used before.

I got the 500gb hard drive and it doesn’t work on my ps4 I tried everything to get it to work I what a refund

Worked for about a day or 2. Then I would play a game for about 10-15min and it shuts down the game saying there’s damage. I haven’t unplugged it wrong or done any negligence to it. I called the company and they said it’s not compatible with ps4 even though it says it in the title.

My wife and I needed a good external drive to backup several years worth of Videos and Pictures from an older PC. We ordered the 1TB because it was not much more than the 512GB. Everything transferred to the backup drive with no issues at all, I would recommend this product to anyone.
