10-06-2025these work great since i skipped out on buying from apple directly and only had the cord. however of course, they do get hot. I do have a block from apple and it doesnt get nearly as hot as fast. I would say this gets hot in the first ten minutes but it does work get and gets the job done.

They worked great at first but now I will plug my phone in and after 6 hours the phone will only be at 50% and it will not charge it past 50%. Now I am passed my return window. Don’t waste your money.

Greater than one weekWoke up today and my phone didnt charge, tested the wall outlet and all is fine. plugged my charger into a different USB-C and it worked. Dont waste your money, spend the extra couple bucks and get something that isnt total garbage.
