I was using a container that held 10 lbs of dehydrated dog food on kitchen counter. I ordered this 5 lb. container and it takes up less vertical space on the kitchen counter under the cabinets. It is much less conspicuous yet still in a location that is convenient for feeding.

I used to use a container for cereal or pasta... this is way better! Fits very nicely on the shelf in my closet and holds a whole 5lbs. bag of cat food! The lid clamps shut for a great seal as well.
