Vera Bradley Womens Cotton Weekender Travel Bag

Very comfortable, lightweight, attractive bag for any purpose!

I have used this Vera weekender bag several times for travel on weekends and even 5-6 days. It holds everything I need. This bag also comes with has a luggage strap. I love the plaid design and the cotton softness. I also bought the matching cosmetic bag.

I purchased the Vera Bradley weekend bag to match my teal luggage set that didn’t come with a tote bag. It was the perfect size to use as a carry on bag. It’s roomy and made very well. Lots of pockets inside. Has a luggage trolley sleeve on one side. The print is really pretty too! The bag does get a little heavy after carrying it around for a while through two airports after checking in my luggage with wheels. I need to learn to pack lighter!

Loved the bag--soft- functional--but the one flaw is that the trolley sleeve was about 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch too small for my carry-ons. I am disappointed because now I have to return this great bag!

I first bought the Vera Bradley Traveler, not on Amazon but at a local store that one can often find discounted luggage. Hated the bright pink print, but liked that bag for the features. Unfortunately, the Deluxe was a bit overdone for my needs. It had a lot of wasted space with a laptop pocket that I did not need. So I returned it to the local store and took a look at Amazons selection. I found a lovely bag in a more subdued pewter print. I think it is quite elegant. This bag is the standard weekender, which is more compact without the back pocket. I like it because it is big enough, lower in price, and oh so pretty!

I really like all the pockets on the inside and I love the shoulder strap. I thought the inside was a little bigger than it is. Once I use the inside pockets, that takes up some of the interior space, leaving less room for your clothes. Love the bag though. Its made well and the straps and handles are very sturdy. I would definitely recommend it. The large duffel has a little bit more room than this bag--at least it feels this way if you are using the inside pockets.

Bought this to take as my under the seat carry-on. I needed a bag that could hold camera equipment and a 15-inch laptop. I think this will fit the bill. I like that it has an outside pocket for easy access to passport and tickets. It is a light bag as far as weight so the contents of you bag will be the primary weight. It also had slip pockets inside and on the back. I like the fact that I can put it over the handle of my carryon suitcase. Big enough for an weekend trip. I really searched for a bag with a handle and a shoulder strap. Love the pattern also.
