I cant get either of my 2 units red lights to reset to blank after using these very plastic feeling filters. After 2 weeks of putting these in, my neighbor, who smokes, walked into the room I smoke in & said he could barely breathe it was so smokey, he could smell it as soon as he walked in the house! Ok, so I waited a few days & went & got 3 more filters & a new pre-filter from the box, changed everything, again, old ones barely dirty at all, new ones in. Red lights telling me to change pre-filter & filter still wont reset! URGH!!!! What am I supposed to think? Ive been using my HEPA filter for 1.5 years no problem resetting it, until now. My older filter is 4+ years old no problems UNTIL I put your filters in it. Now it wont reset to normal either. Never again, I hope nobody buys these filters from you ever!

We received the filters today (04/13/2022) and turned on our air purifiers… As I was going to bed, I noticed a really strong chemical smell in my room where I sleep with the air purifier on…. Come to find out that these air filters are emitting a really strong chemical smell… I’m not sure if the ones I’ve received are defective or not, but I’ve thrown them away and went back to using another brand…

These filters fit tight and do the job well, judging by the amount of crap they catch. Pretty reasonable price too.

Reset is too difficult. Put a result button that you can tell has been activated.

We have 2 large dogs and live on a large farm-style property (garden, chickens, other dusty stuff). I have our Honeywell 200 series air filter running constantly in our 1,100sqft home, unless the doors/windows are open. These filters work great and I’m NOT good about changing them regularly, so they get quite dirty before they get replaced (annually? Who knows). I also rarely change the carbon filter, but I do vacuum it occasionally. The R filters fit snugly and are much more affordable than the brand name replacements. I changed them today and put a few strips of painter’s tape around the edges of the new carbon filter because that’s where the (few) leaks happen. I’m not pleased that the price has gone up since the last time I bought them, but that’s life, so I’ll be reordering another box to have on hand.

I live in a small rural area with unpaved streets and a lot of wind. I purchased the air purifier to help keep the dust and allergens down. Unfortunately I have to change the filters more often so it becomes a little pricey. It helps therefor it is worth it.
