Vietnam Green Berets S.O.G.Medal of Honor Recipients

I had the good fortune to meet Keith McKim in Colorado last May when visiting my daughter and family. The chance encounter had a lasting impact on me as he is a true American patriot.

These astonishing revelations, untold until now, illustrate the American spirit required to preserve the freedoms we all now enjoy. These are the mentalities and American grit it takes to preserve our high cost of freedom, so we can sit around and complain about our perfect lives. No medal is honor enough for these heros, they deserve better! They willingly died to preserve our freedoms and I cant thank each of them enough, so, GOD BLESS EACH AMERICAN HERO ABOVE ALL OTHERS & GOD BLESS AMERICA!

Amazing account of true American Heroes.

These are such important stories from our history, it should be required history in high school or college. This audio book is beautifully written and read by the author. He brings these stories to life and the listener can’t help but be caught up. This is a very engaging set of stories very well read. Highly recommend.

Ordinary men did extraordinary things!

A truly extraordinary re-telling of some of the greatest examples of courage and selfless service in the history of the U.S. military. Keith McKim, as a former RT One-Zero himself, brings first-hand perspective and rock-solid authenticity to the discs narration. Mr. McKim has thoroughly researched each selection and his heartfelt recitation brings each section to life for the listener. Each featured M.O.H. recipients story highlights the incredible personal fortitude, initiative, and professionalism that was a common attribute among S.O.G. warriors. I highly recommend this to anyone even remotely interested in U.S. military history and the lineage of Special Operations forces - or to anyone interested in almost unbelievable, but absolutely true, stories of heroism on the battlefield. I sincerely hope to see future productions of this type from Mr. McKim.

Keith McKim has provided an excellent means for anyone who wants to learn more about some of the bravest, most heroic men of the Vietnam War. Many of these stories have not been told before because of the classified nature of their service during the Vietnam War. As a veteran of the United States Air Force, I find these stories both moving and humbling when you consider these brave men did what they did, without most of America knowing of their sacrifices.

A truly wonderful speaker. The true stories that were told, not only did I not know about them but anyone of that era, should listen or anyone who is interested in military history. Being a Vietnam era vet, who did not go over, but thought I understood all about the war and all we were involved in until I heard this. I highly recommend this CD to anyone who wants to hear more about the soldiers with unbridled honor during that war.

This is a great audio cd about the Medal of Honor recipienta from MACV SOG. I would highly recommend buying this if you are into military or military history.

The stories of the Green Beret S.O.G. Medal of Honor Recipients were, to say the least, jarring and incredible. I had no idea! Learning that each member was sworn to secrecy for 25 years explains the long silence of these remarkable heroes.
