The filters are dirty when I take them out, but what does that mean?! Another gimmick to get me to spend my hard earned money. So are my vacuum cleaner filters and my air vent filters (WOW! I thought I kept a clean house) Anyway, yes I would definitely recommend them. I have purchased them several times because I have two cats and want to keep the dander down!
