> 24 hourPerhaps if you were using this bag a just a clothes garment bag it would be ok-it’s long enough to fit a midi-length dress, shirts& a or or 2 of pants..BUT that’s it-there are no pockets for accessories (shoes, belts, etc) or toiletries. And no straps to keep garments down, as well as no shoulder strap to carry it(just handles) However the bag is made with thick waterproof material

> 24 hourThis is an excellent bag to protect you dressy clothes. Its durable--heavy canvas to project your clothing and well-sewn.

> 24 hourNeeded a lightweight LONG bag to carry gown onto plane. Worked great. Holds multiple hangers. Folds in half with 2 handles for carrying if needed

> 24 hourI had a destination wedding and needed something to hold my dress while we traveled. All of the bags that I was looking at seemed to be made with fabric that could easily rip, snag, and allow liquids to soak right through - definitely not what you want when traveling with such precious cargo. However, this garment bag is vastly different from all the rest. Here are my pros and cons about the bag: PROS - very durable and thick material - spill-proof/water resistant - clamp at the top makes it easy to insert hangers while also keeping them in place - heavy-duty handles on both ends to allow for easy folding/transport - fits multiple clothing items in the bag at one time (my wedding dress, my husbands tux, my shoe box) - based on the other bag options that I have seen, this bag is exceptionally priced, especially for the quality that you get CONS - while the clamp for the hangers is extremely useful and a million times better than the standard hanger hole you see in garment bags, it still does allow for movement of the hangers which can be a slight inconvenience at times - I wish they had a slightly longer bag because 60 was not enough length to fit my dress in without having to bunch up the train and get it all wrinkled

> 24 hourMany garment bags on Amazon do not have the clamp on top to hold garments together, this one does! Quality construction, has been on a few trips so far & can tell it will hold up.

> 24 hourI needed a garment bag to store a costume that I wear just a few times a year. The length of this bag is great, as its a full-length dress. But, the locking mechanism is annoying. I wish it just zipped. I have to lock the hanger in place, so when I go to get the dress out, I either have to unlock the thing to get the hanger out, or I will just have to wrestle the dress off the hanger in the bag. Maybe if youre traveling, you want your clothes to be more secure, but honestly, I dont see the point of the locking system. The material of the bag also attracts lint, dust and pet hair, so you have to make sure not to let it get inside the bag. It looked pretty ratty before I even got it to the closet. Dont set it down on any furniture, especially if you have pets. I wouldnt even want to lay it on a bed while I packed.

> 24 hourI ordered this item because it has a secure latch that closes the bag off from those pesky moths. I have a short one and a long one and keep all of our good wool coats, jackets in it.

> 24 hourThis bag is great for dresses and so on. I like it better for transporting my various vestments to and from different events like ordinations, weddings, or even special services. It holds my alb and stoles, or cassoc and surplice just fine.
